It is also called as FOT or fully organized trek. In this types of trek, we arrange fully cater services throughout the trip. Normally these type of trek is organized to an area where lodging accommodation is not possible or rare. We arrange tented camp and meals. During trek, we send one Sirdar (leader), one cook and kitchen crew; Sherpa assistants and porters depending on the size of the group. Under the leadership of the Sirdar (the local trek leader), the crew consists of several Sherpa assistants who will ensure you don't take the wrong path, a cook and kitchen crew to keep you well fed with delicious and nutritious meals and the porters to transport all the gear from camp to camp.
TH trek is based on lodge accommodation. Most of the trekking areas has number of mountain lodge with fine accommodation and food system. Hence, there is no worries about carrying huge load for camping. Based on services preferred by the group, two different trekking system is developed that includes little bit different services.
TH Trek includes Guide, porter, and accommodation with meals throughout the trip. It is less expensive than camping trek and is largely suitable for the small groups. However, during busy season, if the private room get fully occupied, you might need to sleep in the dormitory. Your accommodation and dinner will be provided in the lodge you stay and lunch en-route.

In our published price, for city area, we based your accommodation at 3 star category hotel in a twin sharing basis including breakfast.
Time to Check- in and Check- Out at Hotel
Normally, in Nepal, the standard Check-in time is after 1300 and should check-out till 12 noon. If you arrive earlier, you will be able to store your luggage with the hotel and go out to explore for couple of hours.
Early Check-in and Late Check-Out
Early Check-in and Late Check-Out depends on the availability of room in respective Hotel. In case of early arrival, pre-booking could be done paying additional amount.
How difficult is the trek on my trip?
While trekking in the Himalayas of Nepal, normally THREE categories trek you will face and are defined based on the level of difficulty. They are: Soft/easy adventure trek; moderate to fairly challenging treks; and strenuous treks. While trekking in the Himalayas, you should be used to with some regular exercise and walking; starts using upstairs than elevators to make your knees strong as well as if feasible, join some aerobics or gyms.
Soft/easy trek is normally run below 4000 m altitude in the hilly trail of Nepal. You will walk in the local route with sometime steep up/down hill in between along the forest trail for around 4 to 5 hours per day.

What type of ground transportation is provided?
In our given program, you will be escorted in a private vehicle within Kathmandu valley however, outside of Kathmandu valley, considering the availability of Tourist bus, you will travel via local/tourist category vehicle. Meantime, private transportation could also be arrange upon request.
What are the sources of Drinking water supply?
During trek, you can buy water however, we recommend you to bring water purification pills, and a water bottle. On the trail, you can filled it in a stream that are away from settlements and also it will be safe to drink. Similarly, for camping trek, you will be given boiled water.
How safe to travel alone by woman?
Nepal is safe for travelling to anybody who wish to spend their holidays with fun and excitements. If you are travelling alone, make sure that you will be guided by some local Sherpas. Or, you can also join group that are published in our web sites.
How much fit should I required to trek in the Himalayas of Nepal? Is trekking could be done without experiences?
If you are planning to trek in the Himalayas six month prior to trip, we recommend you to do some regular exercises, make habits to use stairs than elevator that makes your knees strong, and join some aerobics, gyms and make sure about your good health. If you are used to with these habits, you will definitely walk in the Himalayas of Nepal. It is not compulsory to be experienced one however, it depends on the type of trek you choose.
